Terms of Service

By accessing or using PufferTrack's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, employees, and guests.

PufferTrack provides a cloud-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) including modules for employee management, attendance tracking, payroll processing, recruitment, leave management, and related HR functions. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in your chosen plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. PufferTrack is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Not share access credentials with unauthorized parties
• Promptly notify us of any security breach

You retain ownership of all data you input into PufferTrack. We act as a data processor on your behalf. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the services will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination after which it may be permanently deleted.

PufferTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
